I verified my game data and was still If there are mods installed on the server that are not available in the workshop anymore, the client can't fetch them and cannot join. A common symptom is that there are a few people on the server, but those played before the mod went offline. My latest attempt was a computer that I just put together, installed Win 7 and updated it, then installed ARK and waited for my mods to download. I am using a specific list that work on the server and other machines). This Mod Map problem is the real deal!
